WATKABAOI 1.82 - By Cool-Toxic
WATKABAOI is a further working on WATK, it does not require WATK. You need to place it in a seperate moddir.

Modded the map in Africa, South America, North America and Europe.
Events are from AOI which was done by Hive, converted by me, the timeline is taken from AOI 1337-1914.
Alot of the things are from AOI and WATK aswell.

Lately I've been working on modifications to King of Men's CK to EU2 converter so it works for WATKABAOI aswell.
You can download the newest version of the modifications here:

All information about the development of this map:

Requirements:

-EU2 post 1.08 betapatch 21 april 2005 or 1.09 or later

The map will NOT work with any earlier patch. NEITHER will it work in moddir.

UnRAR the contents to your eu2 installation and overwrite the files. I strongly recommend using a separate install for the map.

This package provides the newest map, modified province.csv.
All the files in the /MAP subfolder and province.csv in the /DB subfolder are required to run the map at all. Other files are optional as
follows:

-SCENARIO
These files are required to play the Grand Campaign (standard scenarios other than fantasia will crash during startup).

-AI
These are modified and some new ai-files. Required if the scenarios are used as the game refers to these files. AI generally tweaked to be
less aggressive, colonize historically in modified area's etc. Note that PRU, HAB, SCO and traders received also a colonial ai.

-NEW COUNTRIES
New countries are included in Europe, Asia and Africa as well as in American colonies. They mostly use U-tags though also some unused or
unlogical eu2 tags were reused.
Among else included are Berg, Trier, Masovia, Nassau, Oels, Oppeln, Liegnitz, Kanem-Bornu, Buganda, Kano, Katsina, Jolof, Mossi, Adal,
Mogadishu, Mongolia, Nepal, Kashmir, Sindh, Khandesh, Multan, Haihaya, Bastar, Gondwana, Ahmadnagar, Bijapur, Golconda, Berar, Madurai,
Thanjore, Travancore, Gwalior, Jaunpur, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Mewar, Lanka, Shan, Chiengmai, Pajajaran/Bantem, Demak, Majapahit, Ternate,
Bali, Tonga, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Central America, Honduras, San Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Costra Rica and any other
I forgot to mention.

-NEW FLAGS/SHIELDS
These are provided for all the new countries, in standard (non-egufsm) format. Most are ported from the MES, some borrowed from Kaigon,
AoN & AGCEEP.

-NEW MONARCHS
Most new countries have historical monarchs scripted (id ranges 61.000-63.000).

-EVENTS
These are the modified events from standard game, tweaked on province-numbers mostly, but also a few other things are changed here, like
triggers, some goodies to improve certain ai-performance etc. Some additional events were written, mostly for revolters (not only colonial).
These are stored in extrakas.txt. Recommended if scenariofiles are used but not required per se.

-TEXT.CSV
Recommended as it includes changed names of countries and cultures (English version). If you use a version in other language you should
adjust the file yourself. Changed are countrynames U19-U34 and cultures dyola (=nilosaharan), canary (=portuguese), ashanti (=haussa),
melanese (=mossi), laotian (=central asian) and indian (=sinhalese). Note that the above cultures are set up as such in province.csv as
well.

-REVOLT.TXT and COUNTRY.CSV
Optional but recommended with scenarios.

-STRAITS.CSV
Contains nothing at the moment but is strongly recommended as it 'deletes' the 'islands'-images which would appear in wrong places.

-RELIGION.CSV
Optional. Changes for certain religions the amount of received colonists and diplomats.

FINAL REMARKS:

Please note that the map, scenarios and other files are released 'as is'. I tried to apply as much as possible accuracy in design of
various files, within the choices of abstraction I made. The map and scenario are still roughly based on paradox' Grand Campaign and as
such submit to the limits of it in regard to historicity and historical determinism. I.o.w. I cannot and will not guarantee that AI will do
what it is supposed to do historically. Keep in mind that it is a game, not a historical simulation. If you want exact history buy
yourself a book.
